Firstly, I would like to wish all of my readers a Happy New Year! I’m a bit late in getting started this year as I have had to catch up on all of my web updates and also to take on a few new clients. So, hopefully things will continue to get better for my design site, Spiral Pixel (fingers crossed)!

I thought that I would add my first post for 2009 by promoting a fantastic site called Design Shard. I’ve noticed some great posts once of which is 19 free high-res burnt paper textures. I ‘ve also seen a great post related to an ultimate grunge collection.

I do hope that you enjoy this little treasure of the web! Also, if you have a few spare minutes, do feel free to comment and tell me what you would like to see on my blog for this year! I could do with some fresh inspiration!
