France Mourns the Deaths of Pilot Whales in the Faroes
Thousands of people across France attended the gatherings in Paris, Marseille and Strasbourg to mourn the deaths of the 490 Pilot whales that have been murdered this summer in the Danish Faroe Islands.
Captain Paul Watson attended the gathering at the Place de la République yesterday evening. There were about 3,000 people attending. 250 blood stained crosses with candles were held to honour the 250 Pilot Whales killed on the 23rd of July.
